Every purchase at Aqua Aquatiks earns you Coral Coins — our way of saying thank you. You'll get 5 coins for every $1 spent on coral subtotal, and for every 100 coins you collect, you'll have $1 in store credit to use on future orders. Coins never expire, and they can be combined with discounts and sales for even more savings.

AquaLoop™ is our reuse program for insulated coral shipping boxes. Return approved boxes and earn $10 in Coral Coins™ per approved box, added to your account after inspection.

Reverse Auctions are our most exciting way to score premium corals at incredible prices. Unlike traditional auctions where the price goes up, our reverse auctions start high and drop over time until someone clicks "Buy Now" and locks in their price.

How It Works

• Each reverse auction starts at a set price and drops by a fixed amount at regular intervals (e.g., $0.10 every 10 seconds).
• The price continues to fall until someone clicks "Buy Now" or the auction reaches its floor price.
• When you click "Buy Now," the item is added to your cart and placed on a 5-minute hold at the current price.
• While on hold, the auction pauses and displays "On Hold" with a countdown timer visible to everyone.
• You have 5 minutes to complete checkout. If you don't finish payment in time, the hold expires and the auction resumes at the same price it was when you added it to your cart.

Hold & Lockout Rules

• If you add an auction to your cart but don't purchase it within 5 minutes, you'll be locked out from bidding on that specific auction again for the remainder of its life.
• You can remove the item from your cart at any time before the 5 minutes expire; the auction will resume immediately and you'll be locked out.
• You can add multiple reverse auctions to your cart as long as each one is still within its 5-minute hold window.

Shipping & Combining

• Reverse auction purchases can be combined with regular coral orders for shipping.
• Standard shipping tiers apply (see "Shipping Rates & Timing" below).

Strategy tip: The longer you wait, the lower the price — but someone else might snag it first. It's a game of nerves!

At Aqua Aquatiks, our Mystery Frag Sales are designed to make coral shopping fun, fair, and exciting. Every participant receives a frag of equal or greater value than the price paid, with one spot including a bonus coral for an extra surprise.

Every spot receives a coral of equal or greater value; one spot also receives the bonus. Placeholder numbers are assigned at checkout and do not change. The live reveal uses a public randomness beacon (drand) to select the winning number. Corals are matched and bagged during Tuesday packing and shipped the same week (weather permitting). Mystery Sales are shipping-only—no local pickup. Non-winners must pay the flat-rate shipping ($50) within 1 hour of the drawing to claim their coral; otherwise the spot is forfeited and restocked. Bonus winner ships free.

• Every participant is purchasing a frag valued at the purchase price or more.
• One spot is randomly designated to include a bonus coral in addition to the standard frag.
• Because every spot includes a coral of equal value, all participants receive what they paid for, with one person receiving the bonus.

Transparency

• Each spot is represented by a numbered placeholder shown during the live drawing.
• The bonus coral’s placeholder number is sealed and revealed live.
• Buyer names are randomized and assigned to placeholder numbers on camera.
• Corals are then selected and bagged according to those assigned numbers when preparing for Tuesday shipping.

Shipping and Pickup

• Bonus winner: the bonus coral ships free.
• Other frags: ship via our standard flat-rate box ($50); local pickup is not offered for Mystery Sales.
• Each Mystery Sale is treated as its own order — shipping cannot be combined across different sales.
• All Mystery Sale shipments go out the following Tuesday (weather permitting).
• Shipping payment must be completed within 1 hour of the live drawing to secure your frag. If payment is not received within 1 hour, the frag will be considered forfeited and restocked.

Guarantee

• All shipped frags are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and 48-Hour Health Guarantee.
• Forfeited or unclaimed frags are not covered.
• Standard exclusions apply, including missed delivery, improper acclimation, tank aggression, and carrier or weather delays.

• No minimum order. Standard tiers apply to shipped orders.
• $0 – $200 orders: $50 shipping
• $201 – $399 orders: $40 shipping
• $400+ orders: Free shipping
• All shipments include insulated boxes and heat/cold packs as needed.
• We ship Tuesdays only via UPS Overnight.
• At checkout, you'll select your preferred shipping date (next 3 available Tuesdays).
• At checkout, you may also select the “Combine Orders” option. This lets you hold and stack new coral purchases for up to 2 weeks to ship together in one box.
• If combining moves your total into a lower shipping tier or qualifies you for free shipping, we'll automatically issue the difference as store credit toward your next order.

• You'll receive a ship-date confirmation and UPS tracking once your order is packed.
• Be present for the first delivery attempt — missing it can void coverage.
• Packaging includes triple-bagging, insulated boxes, and temperature control packs as needed.
• Free local pickup is available at checkout. You’ll select from set days/times.

• Pickups must be completed within 2 weeks of order date.

We guarantee your coral arrives alive. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

Requirements:

• Report within 2 hours of delivery.
• Provide a clear, well-lit photo of the coral still in the sealed bag.
• You must accept delivery on the first attempt.

What we provide:

• Replacement coral of equal value on your next order or store credit if the same coral isn’t available.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement corals.

• If a coral that arrived healthy declines within 48 hours, contact us with clear in-tank photos.
• Upon approval, we’ll provide either a replacement (equal value) or store credit.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacements.

Coverage requires:

• Proper acclimation.
• Coral remaining on its plug/base for the first 48 hours.
• Clear, well-lit photos of the issue.

• Email Colin@AquaAquatiks.com with your order number, photos, and a short description.
• For DOA: photo of coral in sealed bag.
• For Health Guarantee: clear in-tank photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• We review all claims within 1 business day.
• Approved claims may be fulfilled with a replacement (equal value, you cover shipping) or store credit.
• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• Guarantee may be void if:
  • Coral is removed from its plug/base within the first 48 hours.

  • Severe weather, carrier delays, or missed first delivery attempts occur.
