Program Overview
AquaLoop™ is our sustainability initiative to reduce waste within the reefing hobby. Insulated coral shipping boxes are durable and reusable, yet most are thrown away after a single use. By returning approved boxes, you help us clean, inspect, and reuse them for future coral shipments—keeping high-quality materials in circulation and out of landfills.
For every approved box, you receive $10 in Coral Coins™ (store credit) applied to your account.
Step-by-Step
Use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Multiple boxes may be stacked inside one return as long as each box meets the requirements.
Provide your name, email, and tracking number.
This lets us know a Box Bounty™ return is on the way.
Once your box arrives, we inspect it based on the criteria below.
Approved boxes earn $10 Coral Coins™ each, added automatically to your account.
Credits are typically issued within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.
Accepted Box Types
Foam walls must be at least 1 inch thick on all sides.
These requirements ensure the boxes can be safely reused for future livestock shipments.
Quality & Safety
Aqua Aquatiks may reject returned boxes that do not meet structural or safety standards.
If a box is rejected:
Rejected boxes remain appreciated attempts to participate, even if they cannot be reused.
